  • Light packing is recommended; Italy favors simplicity. This also allows room to bring things back home!

Legal Disclosure - The Italian Longevity Experience

This experience is educational in nature only. No medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided, and participation does not establish a physician-patient relationship. All discussions are general, educational, and cultural in nature - Participants are responsible for their own medical decisions and care. Organizer does not provide emergency medical services and is not responsible for medical care, outcomes, or decisions made during or after the experience.

Participants Acknowledges:

  • They are physically capable of sustained walking, standing, and international travel.

  • They carry personal health insurance.

  • They acknowledge inherent risks of international travel and activities.


    Release of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases, waives, and discharges Organizer from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, or hold harmless Organizer from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from Participant’s conduct, participation, or violation of agreement.

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

    Cancellation Policy

    Deposits are non-refundable due to booking events. Deposits secure accommodations and services that cannot be rebooked. Cancellations within the within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking may forfeit additional payments. There are no refunds for missed days, experiences, or early departure on the customers behalf.

    Severability

    If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

    Force Majeure Clause

    Organizer shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or transportation disruptions.

    I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily agreed to all Legal Disclosures, Assumption of Risk statements, Release of Liability provisions, and Cancellation Policies provided in connection with this experience.

    I further acknowledge that I am voluntarily applying to participate in The Italian Longevity Experience hosted by Dr. Roberto Fars. I Understand that this experience is cultural and educational in nature and does not constitute medical care.

    I accept all associated risks, agree to all financial terms, cancellation policies, and liability waivers. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participation. I understand that my participation is non-transferable, and subject to final approval.

    By submitting my deposit, I can confirm my acceptance of all terms, conditions, and disclosures.
