Chloe H.
I’m Chloe, a nurse and mom of four beautiful kids. I have been an IV infusion nurse and the nurse manager at Yellowstone IV since November 2024 with 5+ years of nursing experience. I was born and raised here in Casper and have a passion for helping others in any way I can. I am devoted to promoting and advocating for mental health and mental health services, as it has had an immense impact on my life. I lost my oldest daughter, Ava, to her mental health struggles in 2023 and have a passion to help others realize that they matter, in her honor. I believe a large part of taking care of your mental health is also taking care of your body as a whole; body, mind and soul.

Dr. Roberto Fars
Dr. Roberto Fars is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than two decades of clinical experience. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. His career includes years in private practice in Sheridan, Wyoming, followed by over a decade serving as a hospitalist.
Dr. Fars founded the Hospitalist Program in Douglas, Wyoming, where his team was honored with the 2016 Press Ganey Award for excellence in inpatient services across the state. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to advancing patient care beyond conventional boundaries.
Driven by a desire to serve patients seeking a more comprehensive and proactive approach to health, Dr. Fars established Yellowstone Elite Longevity Concierge Medicine and Yellowstone IV Lounges & Wellness Center in Casper, the community he proudly calls home. His work reflects a thoughtful integration of traditional internal medicine with progressive, evidence-informed wellness strategies—delivering care that is both medically grounded and forward-thinking.
Antonio F.
Antonio is an avid outdoorsman who is currently attending Casper College pursuing his masters in science. He enjoys biking and tennis in his spare time—when he’s with us, he is the main receptionist.
