New Patients

Your first visit.

What happens when you come in, how long it takes, and what to have ready.

Step by step

How a visit works.

01

Book an appointment

We welcome walk-ins and see patients by appointment. Choose a time through our online booking system, or call us at (307)-202-9339 if you would rather arrange it by phone.

02

Consultation on arrival

A member of our medical team reviews your health history, discusses your goals, assesses your symptoms and checks your vital signs. This happens before any treatment begins.

03

Your formulation is chosen

Based on that consultation, our team determines the most appropriate IV formulation for you. You do not need to know which infusion you want before you arrive — that is what the consultation is for.

04

The infusion

A trained medical professional places a small IV catheter in your arm, and fluids, vitamins and nutrients are delivered directly into your bloodstream. Treatments typically last 30 to 45 minutes in a calm, comfortable setting.

05

Monitored throughout

Our team monitors each infusion from start to finish. Your comfort and safety are the priority for the whole visit.

How long should I set aside?

The infusion itself typically runs 30 to 45 minutes. Your first visit also includes the initial consultation and vitals check, so allow a little extra time on top of that compared with a return visit.

Is there a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Every visit begins with a member of our medical team reviewing your health history, your goals and your symptoms, and checking your vital signs. Treatment only starts once that is done and a plan is agreed.

What should I have ready?

Because the consultation covers your health history, it helps to arrive able to tell us about any current medications and supplements you take, any allergies you have, and any medical conditions or recent procedures relevant to your care. Clothing with sleeves that push up easily makes placing the IV more comfortable.

Please do not send health details through the website forms — bring them to your appointment or give them to us by phone so they are handled properly.

Do I need to know which infusion I want?

No. You are welcome to browse the infusion menu beforehand, but our team will recommend the formulation that fits your goals and symptoms during your consultation.

Will I feel anything during the infusion?

Some people notice a mild cooling sensation at the infusion site, and occasionally a subtle mineral taste. Both are common, temporary and a normal part of receiving intravenous nutrients. There is more detail on our IV Care page.
