These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Yellowstone IV Lounges & Wellness Center. By browsing the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Descriptions of infusions, ingredients and conditions are general information about services we offer. They are not a treatment recommendation for you specifically, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified clinician. Whether any service is appropriate for you is determined by our clinical staff, not by this website.

Using this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Never delay seeking medical care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

Treatment risks and informed consent

Every medical treatment, including intravenous therapy and injections, has possible risks and side effects, for example bruising, discomfort or irritation at the needle site, infection, allergic or other adverse reactions, and effects that depend on your health history and medications. Our clinicians discuss the risks, benefits and alternatives that apply to you before any treatment, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Nothing on this website is informed consent, and reading it does not replace the conversation and paperwork that happen in clinic. Tell our staff about every condition, allergy and medication you have; if you do not, your treatment may not be safe for you.

Results and testimonials

Any testimonial or client story on this site reflects one person’s experience. Results vary from person to person, and nothing here is a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome. Statements about ingredients or conditions describe how these therapies are commonly used and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

No artificial intelligence in your care

We do not use artificial intelligence to assess you, to recommend a treatment, or to decide whether a service is appropriate for you. Those decisions are made by licensed clinicians.

This site offers no AI chat, no automated symptom checker and no automated screening. Nothing here evaluates your individual circumstances. If you reach this site through a search engine, an AI assistant or any other third party that summarises or rephrases our content, that summary is theirs and not ours — we are not responsible for its accuracy, and the terms and medical disclaimer above apply to the information as published on this site.

Appointments and eligibility

Services are provided on a walk-in basis or by appointment and are subject to a clinical assessment. We may decline or modify a requested service where it is not clinically appropriate. Booking is handled through our external scheduling provider, and that provider’s own terms, cancellation rules and payment policies apply to your booking.

You must be 18 or older to book through this site on your own behalf.

Memberships, products and payment

Membership descriptions on this site are summaries. The billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and unused-benefit terms that apply to a membership are those you agree to when you sign up, in clinic or through our scheduling provider, and if they differ from a summary on this site, the terms you agreed to apply.

The shop does not take payment on this website. Submitting a pickup request is a request to have items set aside, not a completed purchase and not a guarantee of availability or price. We will confirm with you, and payment and pickup are arranged with our team. Some products link to an outside seller, whose own terms apply to that sale.

Pricing and menu accuracy

Prices, ingredients, memberships and availability shown here are maintained in our content system and may change. We try to keep them current, but the price and details confirmed at the time of booking or in clinic are the ones that apply.

Submitting information

When you use the contact or employment forms, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit anyone else’s personal information, and do not send medical records or health details through website forms. How we handle submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose or to submit abusive content.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Yellowstone IV Lounges & Wellness Center or its licensors. You may view and share pages normally, but please do not reproduce our content commercially without permission.

Third-party links

This site links to external services including our scheduling provider and social media, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for our mobile app. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites and services we do not operate, and neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor of, or has any responsibility for, this site or our services. Any app is also subject to its own terms and the terms of the store it is downloaded from.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site is free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellowstone IV Lounges & Wellness Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability relating to the care actually provided to you in clinic.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use this site lawfully and to accept responsibility for your own use of it. To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover losses that we suffer because you broke these terms or the law when using the site. We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who does.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about this website is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to bring it elsewhere. Care provided in our clinic is also governed by the consent and records documents you sign there.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term at any time does not waive it. These terms, our Privacy Policy and, for patients, our Notice of Privacy Practices are the whole agreement about your use of this website. We aim for this site to be usable by everyone; if you have trouble with any part of it, contact us and we will help you another way.
